Working in collaboration with kitchen company Lowes and renowned kitchen appliance experts KitchenAid, vlogger Caroline Harper Knapp – of House of Harper – worked to transform her sweet but small kitchen into a light, open and beautiful scheme that would work for her family of four.
Having previously partnered with Lowes in the renovation of her powder room/smaller bathroom, which produced stunning results, Caroline had no doubt about returning to collaborate with the company once more to create her dream kitchen. The design focuses around a large central island, with a collection of integrated cabinetry – which, in addition to the surrounding lower and wall-hung cabinetry provides more than enough storage space – and is topped with a heavy marble-style worksurface. This marble-style stone is used to top the kitchen’s surrounding lower cabinetry, also; its mild cream colouration works well to draw together the crisp white painted cabinetry and the warm golden-brass hardware.
The KitchenAid range cooker stands as another focal point of the kitchen; alongside the matching microwave, the range cooker’s brushed stainless steel finish makes a definite statement set against the neutral creamy-coloured scheme.
