On its next step in its European tour, the BORA Cooking Truck stopped in Brussels, and was stationed there from 20th – 22nd April. The company’s awe-inspiring glass cube was hung over 30 metres in the air next to the famous Atomium, creating spectacular views both day and night.
The kitchen inside provides an invigorating experience for any visitor – demonstrated live by three BORA chefs, cooking steam was drawn directly downwards using BORA’s innovative downdraft technology. The chefs prepared a delectable array of healthy snacks using a tepan steel grill, induction and gas hobs, and a three-course menu in the evening.
Hear what visitors have to say about their incredible sky dining experience, and be sure to keep updated on the tour, as the BORA team visit Vienna, Berlin, Paris, Rome and more!
