Expanding on one of London’s most prestigious design hubs, the Chelsea Harbour Design Centre, Villeroy & Boch has announced the opening of its new showroom, offices and customer meeting point.
The 265 sq m space will now act as the brand’s new headquarters for the bathroom, wellness and tableware divisions. While the innovative ‘Customer Meeting Point’ will function as a space for inspiration, product specification and discovery, and holds an open-door policy to all visitors to the Design Centre. The meeting point showcases an extensive range of products from the brand’s bathroom, wellness, kitchen, hotel/restaurant and tableware collections, alongside specially-designed pieces from internationally-acclaimed designer, Gesa Hansen. Hansen also led the way in the company’s launch of this new space, with a ‘Bathroom Poetry’ event, held on the 5th of this month.
A dedicated ‘Designer Workspace’ has also been added to the showroom, allowing clients to create their own moodboard; while an interactive training corner aims to educate visitors, and provide a greater understanding of the products and product specifications. On appointment, trade professionals will be able to meet with specification managers.
Sitting alongside some of the most respected names in interior design, Villeroy & Boch’s new Chelsea Harbour location will allow the German brand to truly showcase its extensive collections, product expertise and impressively long heritage – stretching back to 1748.
