bulthaup’s largest global retailer, Kitchen Architecture celebrated the opening of its Cheshire showroom this month. The design centre beautifully balances contemporary New-York-loft-style fittings with charming English elements to reflect the company’s own interpretation of luxury living.
Kitchen Architecture’s new property encompasses 4,000 square foot, spanned over two floors – giving plenty of space to showcase German kitchen brand bulthaup, alongside bespoke British kitchen and cabinet maker Teddy Edwards and Italian glass and aluminium furniture manufacturer Rimadesio.
An original mix of materials enlivens the atmosphere of this property. The raw steel and wrought iron staircase, concrete and marble worktops and bulthaup black graphite and structured oak cabinetry provide a chic, modern backdrop while rose gold and liquid bronze recess strips and natural brass taps inject warmth and a touch of tradition to the scheme. All of these delicately designed elements are encased in a picturesque red brick and wood barn-like building, with full-length windows that will immerse visitors in the landscaped garden.
Rob Gelling, Managing Director of Kitchen Architecture, commented “I set up Kitchen Architecture with a very clear vision: simply to be the best provider of high-end furniture in the business. My driving force with Kitchen Architecture is to give unrivalled service, product knowledge and project delivery. Our focus is always to add value both to clients’ homes and lifestyles and to produce a design that will be as stunning in ten years’ time as it is today.”
