Holloways of Ludlow announces the opening of new luxury lighting store in Wimbledon Village, London

If you happen to be mooching around the shops in London’s Wimbledon Village, make sure not to miss Holloways of Ludlow’s new luxury lighting store. Sat in the heart of Wimbledon’s fashionable shopping district, on 14a Church Road, the new store displays an eclectic range of lighting solutions, alongside beautiful complementary furniture and houseware collections.

An attractive window display, encasing a selection of glass-blown pendant lights decoratively strung above an iconic Finn Juhl Poet sofa and Pelican chair will be sure to draw crowds in, while the shop’s interior boasts designs from top-name designers, including Tom Kirk, Lee Broom, Moooi, Northern Lighting, Jielde, Flos, Artemide, Foscarini, Bocci, Verner Panton and Secto.

Alongside the variety of designer collections, Holloways new shop will also showcase the company’s own Old School Electric collection, which includes a range of colourful pendants and wall lighting. In the Old School Electric collection, one of Holloways’ most popular designs has to be the spun-steel pendant lights with painted white interiors, that are perfect for creating a cool industrial chic look.

Sitting alongside the luxury lighting designs, the shop presents a beautiful array of furniture, including pieces from Finn Juhl, Harto, Design House Stockholm & HAY in addition to standout British-designed pieces. And to finely finish the decadent collection, the shop also features a selection of home fragrances and natural bath and body products from leading brands such as Skandinavisk and L:A BRUKET.

Owner Mark Holloway says ‘“I am delighted to expand the Holloways of Ludlow brand into the boutique retail atmosphere of Wimbledon Village. We look forward to showcasing our handpicked range of lighting, homewares and furniture, offering customers a destination shop for inspiring, unusual designs not often seen on the high street.”
