Westin announce the appointment of Rizwana Shakil as its new Customer Services Manager

Shakil, who has been promoted internally from the role of Customer Service Advisor, is managing the office based sales team located at the company’s Huddersfield head office.

Shakil, who has worked for Westin since 2011, will be responsible for maintaining the efficient running of the Westin Customer Service Department.  This includes all aspects of customer service management and ensuring the consistent reinforcement of lean processes throughout the different areas of the Westin business.

Speaking of her promotion, Shakil says, “Westin is in a really strong place at the moment, with new developments with our products, new members of the team, KBB Birmingham coming up, and stronger than ever sales this year. I thoroughly enjoy working in the Customer Service team, managing great colleagues and working with lovely clients, so this promotion is fantastic news for me.”

Ann Onions, Westin’s Sales and Marketing Manager who made the promotion adds: “Riz is great with our customers and with her team.  Promoting her to this key role was a totally logical move, and one that is already proving a huge success.”
