Jacey Moore joins one of the UK’s leading kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture manufacturers Moores as its new Customer Experience Director.
Jacey joins Moore from Johnson Cleaners, where she was responsible for leading the transformation of Customer Experience, Marketing and Internal Communications. Jacey’s background includes commercial, customer and eCommerce leadership roles in B2B manufacturing and distribution businesses, from family owned to FTSE 250 companies, and across sectors from construction, manufacturing, consumer and the public sector.
At Moores, Jacey will be focusing on delivering an outstanding customer experience to both Moores’ customers and to the homeowners and tenants who use a Moores kitchen or bathroom.
