Seeing staff at all levels fulfil their potential

Dealing with poor performance

 

Which product most inspires you?

Dyson vacuum cleaners

 

Which have been your favourite projects so far and why?

Designing and manufacturing a range of washing machines, because it helps the UK economy too

 

Who inspires you personally?

People generally who work hard to be a success

Never chase money, chase success and if you achieve success money will chase you
