Shower manufacturer specialists Aqualisa has appointed Wendy Bennett as its new customer experience director

 

Wendy Bennett joined Aqualisa 20 years ago in 1996, as a helpline advisor and worked her way up to customer services manager. In her new role, Bennett will be responsible for marketing as well as customer service and quality, having built up experience at the company with products, installers, trade and specification customers. Speaking of her new appointment, Wendy Bennett said, “I’m delighted to have the opportunity to lead such a vibrant and diverse team in this exciting role. We are bringing a number of great new products to the market in the next two years and I look forward to seeing Aqualisa growing market share across all showering categories and channels.”
