Officially beginning his new role on the 5th June 2018, Gernot Mang will take his place as Poggenpohl’s new Managing Director for global sales and marketing.
The appointment will see Mang assume responsibility for all activities in the field of sales, marketing and product management, with the aim to strengthen Poggenpohl’s position as a leading manufacturer of luxury kitchens in the global marketplace. Gernot Mang joins the team with extensive experience of international sales, having worked for the past four years enhancing the reputation of German eye-wear business, Rodenstock, and working in the USA and Latin America for a further ten years prior to that.
“Gernot Mang has proven that he is able to lead complex sales organizations successfully. He is very familiar with all marketing instruments and is experienced in international markets. Together with Thomas Kredatus, we now have an outstanding leadership team that will steer Poggenpohl’s future and create lasting value,” said Stefan Weiß, Member of the Executive Board of the Poggenpohl.
