Kbsa chairman, Richard Hibbert, announces the addition of two new retail members

Richard Hibbert, Kbsa chairman, has announced that two new retail members have joined the association.

Since his appointment in March this year, Richard – a showroom owner himself – has been a strong advocate for independent retailers and has urged the Kbsa to support such establishments; as he stated previously, “Trading conditions for kitchen retailers remain buoyant, with the comprehensive service being offered by independent retailers very much in demand.

“The Kbsa has been evolving and is developing a range of services that will support retailers and help them make the most of their position in the market place.”

As a result of his quest to support smaller companies through the organisation, Richard today announced that both Regal Kitchens and Classic Interiors would be joining the association this month.

Regal Kitchens has two showrooms in Chelmsford and Billericay, and has also been voted the best company in the “Excellent Customer Service’ category at the Essex Business Awards. Additionally, Regal Kitchens is the only independent kitchen company in Essex to hold the prestigious FIRA (Furniture Industry Research Association) Gold certification for excellence in installation.

Phil Edgell from Regal Kitchens commented on the company’s recent membership in stating “Our business ethos is based around ‘Where Client is King’ and we aim to prove this before, during and after we are commissioned on projects. Joining the Kbsa is a natural fit and will give our potential customers the confidence to trust us with their projects.”

The second company to join the association, Classic Interiors, is family owned and has been established since 1987. It currently has three showrooms in Solihull, Redditch, and Worcester.

Maxwell Davies (pictured), director of Classic Interiors, added “We are proud to become members of the Kbsa and fully support their recent changes and future plans.”
