What can visitors expect to see when visiting the Pronorm stand?
Through the products on show, we are reinforcing our message that Pronorm can cater for the luxury purchaser through to the design-aware, value conscious mid-market consumer with our stable of Y-Line, X-Line and Proline kitchen ranges. Our hero product this year will be our signature Y-Line handleless range in organic glass. It has a premium aesthetic and is a re-purposed material that delivers all that glass does in terms of aesthetics while offering more flexibility.
How excited are the Pronorm team to be exhibiting at KBB Birmingham this year?
Very. It’s where the great and good of the kitchen industry gather and we want to make sure we are seen and our message heard. I think this year is as important as any other time as we have many new products on display.
How has Pronorm noticed the industry evolve over the years?
The evolution of the kitchen to be the centre-piece of the modern home has had a major impact on how kitchens are designed and the larger spaces now devoted to them. The kitchen is the most inviting room in the house serving a range of functions and this has opened up a lot more scope for designing with different materials, door styles, surfaces, storage and lighting.
What makes Pronorm stand out from other competitors?
We offer territorial exclusivity because we want to build long term relationships. We are not UK agents, we are employees of Pronorm and for me that means we give a stronger focus beyond product by providing advice and support to all aspects of a retailer’s business including their systems, margin and what their installation teams need. We share experiences from our established dealers to help new dealers grow. We are not just trying to sell kitchens, we want to work together in a strong and rewarding partnership – their success is our success. On the product front, we also have our Y-Line handleless range that is unique in the UK market and gives our retail partners something that sets them apart from every other handleless kitchen.
Which brands/stands are Pronorm looking forward to checking out at KBB this year and why?
It’s always interesting to get a take on what people are showing and what they are focusing on so I’ll be taking a general tour of the show. I’ll also be looking at how the German and English manufacturers present their stands and see the variations in products and styles.
