Canyon Creek Cabinet Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Cara Biden as its new Customer Care Director.
In her new role, Biden will develop and manage the company’s customer service operations and track performance measures for the department. She will also mentor and develop the team and empower associates to engage customers, increase performance, reduce waste and build revenue.
Biden’s career – spanning over 20 years – has focussed on customer service, order management, technical support and CRM system development for small to large service-related companies. She has expertise in leading customer-facing teams to set accurate expectations for both internal and external customers while providing a ‘lead by example’ ethic in making improvements to the service model.
According to Cara, “I consider myself fortunate to have the opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer with such a large presence in the Pacific Northwest. I’m excited to get to know my team, systems and procedures so that we may position Canyon Creek for future growth.”
