Quartz surface manufacturer Caesarstone is rapidly expanding its UK workforce as part of its new direct distribution model in the UK. As of January 2017, Caesarstone commenced with direct distribution in the UK following significant success for the company with its direct distribution model in other regions, including US and Australia. The brand has invested in a UK Headquarters in Enfield, North London, which includes a 42,000 sq ft warehouse dedicated solely to Caesarstone, as well as offices and a showroom that will open in the Spring.
“We want our facilities in North London to become a resource for fabricators, designers and architects in its own right, and our product design and innovations an inspiration to them,” said Managing Director Amir Reske. “We now have everything in place to maximise the potential for Caesarstone in what will be a major market for the company.”
The company has made a number of appointments to its UK senior management team, including:
Jon Stanley joins as VP Marketing after 20 years working with other international premium and luxury brands such as Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and Vertu mobile technology.
Neil Evans has been appointed Operations Director and is a logistics professional with over 20 years’ experience working across a variety of industries and products, including fashion brands, kitchen and bathroom products and high end furniture.
Nicholas McLean has joined as Finance Director from the Deutsche Telekom Group where he was the Finance Director for its UK Innovation Centre, supporting that business to develop data services for DT’s European operators.
Guy Rawstorne takes on the role of VP Sales having previously spent 12 years with premium cookware brand Le Creuset where most recently he was MD for their operation in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that Guy held sales positions with consumer goods brands in the UK.Caesarstone | caesarstone.co.uk/
