Blum continues to improve its customer care with two new service appointments

Furniture movement experts and manufacturers Blum have appointed two new team members to their UK business.

Carol Harris has joined Blum from independent retailer Kensington Scott, and can successfully now apply this background knowledge of the company, history and products in her new role as part of the Retail Service department in the South East. “I have wanted to work for Blum for some time, so was overjoyed to be offered the position of RSR.” Says Harris, “I am really enjoying my job, and have had masses of support from my co-workers, in what is a steep learning curve for me.”

Adrian Hart, Blum’s newest Customer Services representative in the South East also knows his fair share of the ‘ins and outs’ of the KB industry, having worked as a kitchen fitter and in the manufacturing industry previous to his move to Blum. “I chose to join Blum because I already knew about the products and how good Blum is as a company. I am currently a rep on the road looking after manufacturers who are either using our products or are interested in using our products in the future. I feel very much a part of a strong team, both on the road, and in the office. Blum is a family business and I have been accepted very quickly.”
