Methven, global designer and manufacturer of premium showers and tapware, has appointed its first UK head of marketing.
Stating the new appointment was to “cement its place within the UK and European market”, Simon Cornelius joins Methven having previously worked in senior marketing roles at Aqualisa. Simon is said to have been “instrumental in the launch of the UK’s first smart shower” and now has “a wealth of experience as a design engineer, working for Dyson, Aqualisa and Renishaw.”
Simon takes up his new role at an exciting time for Methven as the company begins to strengthen its UK distribution network, continue to expand into Europe, and prepare to launch further innovative new products.
Commenting on his recent appointment, Simon stated “Having worked for large innovative B2B and B2C companies, and with a proven record of bringing products to market, I am looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead at Methven.”
