Whirlpool expand customer services offering seven-day delivery and next-day delivery on branded products.

Whirlpool UK has made an investment to expand their services for their customers. Now offering seven-day delivery of Hotpoint, Indesit and Whirlpool branded products, with next-day delivery available on orders made before 1800 hours.

Whirlpool UK is the only major domestic appliance manufacturer in the UK to manage a home-delivery service of their appliances directly to the consumer.

Additionally, Whirlpool UK is now also offering installation of their built-in appliances. This service is available on the leading ranges of built-in appliances, including the Hotpoint Class 9, Indesit Aria and the Whirlpool Fusion ranges of cooking appliances.

Speaking of the new investment Karen Slack, Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain, Whirlpool UK Appliances Limited says “The major expansion of our logistics service enables further enhancement of the customer journey, offering a complete solution and service from the point of purchase through to the final installation. For retailers, this offers a considerable advantage, raising their game in the delivery and installation services available, while being able to compete in the ever-challenging white goods environment today.”
