V-ZUG UK announce new technical advice helpline for clients and retailers

In addition to V-ZUG’s present ‘After-sales & Customer care’ which will remain in operation across the UK and Ireland, the new helpline is linked directly to the V-ZUG Head office. The free-phone helpline allows each customer access to all brand and company information: from technical requirements, through to fitting instructions or schedule of a live service date.

Graham Smy, Head of After Sales & Care for V-ZUG UK/IRELAND says “This addition to our network allows us to work effectively with our affiliate service centres of excellence and fully trained V-ZUG supported national engineer network. As a premium brand, we need to be able to react to the customer’s specific requirements and ensure communication and response are best in class and built around the end users time frame.”
