Scottish-based Kitchens International expand into their seventh showroom near Stirling

Scotland-based kitchen specialists Kitchens International has expanded with the opening of its seventh showroom. It is located in central Scotland within the Sterling Furniture Showroom, near Stirling.

The 220 sq metre area features five kitchen displays. Two of the kitchens are fully operational and are equipped to accommodate regular cookery demonstrations allowing clients to appreciate the design and envisage how KI can bring life to their new kitchen.

Three of the displays are modern kitchens from LEICHT’s Bondi, Tocco and Mohair ranges. Complimented by the latest Siemens iQ700 and StudioLine appliances, Quooker boiling water taps and a variety of Silestone and laminate work surfaces, these displays demonstrate how versatile and competitively priced a KI kitchen can be.

As well as designs from LEICHT, the studio also features two traditional kitchens with a contemporary twist from UK based manufacturer, Callerton. The Callerton Gran-Deco and In-Frame displays feature NEFF appliances as well as a mixture of Silestone and Sensa Granite worktops.

Kitchens International brand director, Paul O’Brien, said: “With currently six showrooms across Scotland, this latest addition enables us to showcase more of our designer kitchens in different finishes and textures. We have opted for stylish, competitively priced designs that appeal to modern home owners.”

Scottish chef, Nick Nairn, opened the showroom with two cookery demonstrations and was on hand throughout the day to share professional tips and tricks as well as the occasional book signing.

Nick said: “Kitchens International are completely different from all the other kitchen companies I’ve ever worked with before. They have installed four kitchens for me (in my cook schools and house), and each time the team installing it are spotlessly clean, polite and work incredibly hard to get it done as quickly as possible. And obviously there is a stunning kitchen at the end!”
