Rotpunkt UK complete first batch of training with record attendance and support from suppliers.

Rotpunkt UK have announced the completion of their first batch of UK training days stating that there is a noticeable increase in product, brand and business knowledge amongst their retail network. The UK training days consisted of attendees completing a series of comprehensive product training and receiving updates on current / future brand developments.

Spanning across 6 key locations across the UK each training session was hosted by Matt Phillips (Operations) and Max Lükewille (Export), who are both specialists in the design and manufacture of Rotpunkt German Kitchen furniture.

Matt Phillips, Head of UK Operations of Rotpunkt UK says “We are delighted to complete our first batch of UK training days for 2017, with a record attendance and show of support from our suppliers. Ultimately, effective retail is about delivering a good service from first consultation through to design and final fit and I find transparency in product and service is king for us and our dealers. By specialising in one niche area, which in our case is quality kitchen furniture, our retailers are able to move away from offering just a ‘standard’ product to deliver something extra special. We find our training days are an invaluable resource for our retail network. We are able to equip them with up-to-date product knowledge and educate on the opportunities surrounding our exclusive design service where they can expand into other rooms in the home: a proposition that may not have been previously considered.”
