After party – we look back at the highlights of Grand Designs Live’s 13th London exhibition

In celebration of yesterday’s finale of the 13th London Grand Designs Live exhibition, we’re taking a look at the greatest designs, events and products from this year’s show.

Core Graphene had a fantastic premiere to the UK Market with their sustainable and robust shower trays, and due to demand from the show are now branching into custom orders. While luxury brands Moores and Roux Lifestyle welcomed Michel Roux Jr. to the London event, to launch the new Roux Kitchen, and discuss what went into making a chef-approved kitchen.

Other attractions, for designers and consumers alike, included the Ask an Expert service, with professionals on-hand to offer advice on an entire spectrum of design based themes, including architecture, green-builds and interiors. A live kitchen zone also featured, presenting masterclasses and demonstrations from top chefs, including Miele’s Executive Chef Sven-Hansson Britt, and an array of experts specialising in everything from vegan, to gluten-free and zero-waste – to fully showcase the different advantages of each kitchen appliance.

Melissa Hemsley, of Hemsley + Hemsley, commented “We came to Grand Designs Live to source suppliers for our renovation project and have come away with loads of ideas and inspirations for the project!”.
