Products from Moduleo have been used in a renovation project featured on Channel 4’s Ugly House to Lovely House TV programme.
The programme, which is presented by architect and designer George Clarke, helps those with particularly ugly houses to refurbish the property into their dream home.
The episode saw award-winning architect Chris Dyson transform a 1960’s family home in Colchester into a 21st-century property. Blackjack Oak 22220 and Latin Pine 24580 from Moduleo’s Transform collection were used throughout the property, which also received a double-height steel and glazed extension as part of the renovations. Chris Dyson, an experienced architect with a career spanning 25 years and who is known for breathing new life into old buildings, revised the home’s space and aesthetics to create a ‘dream scheme’ in order to get the most potential out of the property. The project delivered a whole new identity for the home and connected the family better.
Speaking of the programme, David Bigland, managing director for Moduleo UK and Eire, said, “Having our products featured in this programme provided fantastic exposure for Moduleo and the flooring looked great in the home. The project showcased what a difference flooring can make to a renovation scheme and complemented the property’s new modern and stylish aesthetic perfectly.”Moduleo | moduleo.co.uk
