Reflecting on last week’s exhibition, Mereway Bathrooms’ National Sales and Marketing Manager, Tony McNeally said, “The quality of the visitors to this year’s KBB was excellent and it proved to be the perfect platform for us to showcase our exciting new products. We were delighted with the positive response to the contemporary Tirare and Ely collections in particular. These both reflect the emerging trends in bathroom design for a more modern take on style and colours.”
Tirare is a matt foil handleless door, available in three colours, Light Grey, Porcelain and Cashmere. Ely is a modern take on a traditional shaker, a look that is extremely popular in kitchens. This door is available in three modern matt shades of Light Grey, Pebble and Pumice.
A selection of products for smaller bathrooms were also on show. These included the Curvo, an ingenious alternative to a semi-recessed basin that uses a Nano waste to create space for a drawer and the Corto, a short projection WC pan which is ideal for smaller rooms and ensuites.
In addition, visitors could see new taps, lighting and mirrors to complete the look. The lights utilise a natural white rather than warm or cool white, providing a better match to natural sunlight. While the illuminated mirrors come with a no dot technology for a more superior light in the bathroom.
Tony McNeally added, “We have a significant number of quality leads from KBB and are confident that many retailers will take advantage of the attractive display deals to invest in updated displays for their showrooms.”
