Kitchens International introduces an aftercare department, for regular post-installation checks

Kitchens International have made an innovative step in their customer service sector, through the launch of a kitchen aftercare team. The dedicated team ensure that, after the initial installation, those honeymoon years never pass – clients can opt to have regular checks, even for as long as 10-20 years in the future.

The service covers everything from restoring a chipped worktop to ‘good as new’ standards, offering special deals when an appliance needs replacing, upgrading taps to boiling water or higher-tech models, and even replacing worktops and lighting when the clients desires a fresh, new look.
