KBBG’s Annual Members’ Meeting set to place at Mercedes World in Weybridge, Surrey

This year’s Annual KBBG Members’ Meeting will be taking place at Mercedes World in Weybridge, Surrey on Monday 13 June.

One of the key themes of this year’s meeting is that all-important interface with the customer and the KBBG’s aim is to assist its members in meeting the challenges of today’s kitchen retail market.

Guest speakers confirmed so far includes Marcel Crezee the CEO of DER KREIS, Netherlands, Charles Thomas, head of UK sales and operations for Nobilia and Craig Matson, managing director of Roundhouse and chairman of the Kitchen Education Trust.

“We will focus on three keywords,” explained Bill Miller, managing director of DER KREIS United Kingdom. “’Dedicated’, which describes all of our retail members, ‘Supporting’ and ‘Profitable’ which we hope KBBG and its suppliers are to them.

“Although business seems to be buoyant, the independent kitchen specialist faces continuing challenges from the internet through to the battle from recruitment and we will explain how KBBG plans to support its members.”

But the day is not wall-to-wall business! After lunch members will have the chance to experience a Mercedes Benz performance car on the track. There will also be the opportunity to enjoy a tour of the Mercedes World Experience Centre.
