Beko marks the launch of their new range of Laundry with a fresh campaign to support its long-standing charity partner Barnardo’s.
From October, the distinctive Beko blue logo will turn green in recognition of the country’s largest children’s charity dedicated to transforming the lives of vulnerable children. Beko will also donate £28,000 to Barnardo’s aligned to its new washing machines and washer dryers.
Beko Marketing Director Donald Shepherd says: “Over the last four years, we’ve donated over 200 home appliances with an RRP value of £73,566 to families in need as well as internal fundraising that has included bake sales and sponsored runs. We’re really excited about our Beko Goes Green for Barnardo’s activity as it marks our ongoing commitment to supporting this important family charity. Our partnership provides us with an opportunity to ‘give back’ to local communities and we’re proud to be helping make a difference to disadvantaged children and families across the UK.”
