Home appliance brand, Grundig, has announced it will be the official appliance partner of London Food Month, running throughout June 2017.
Renown for its wide variety of activities, London food month will host a variety of food and drink events across the world’s culinary capital, all with the help of Grundig’s fantastic appliances! Specifically, Grundig has stated it will provide appliances to the Night Market stalls – a bustling outdoor dining experience near Kensington gardens.
As part of its overall aim, the London Evening Standard’s Food Month will also help raise awareness of food waste and hunger by working closely with its official charity partner, The Felix Project, and a multitude of international chefs.
In particular, the three-Michelin-star chef Massimo Bottura, who is no stranger to Grundig, will be helping throughout the month by continuing his attempts to reduce global food waste – Bottura already partners with Grundig in the brand’s ‘Food for Soul’ project, which aims to reduce international food waste.
Commenting on the company’s recent partnership, brand manager for Beko plc., Gino Grossi stated “Our new partnership with London Food Month provides us with an exciting opportunity to showcase the advanced cooling technologies within our refrigeration range.”Grundig | grundig.co.uk
