Kitchen appliance specialists Caple has strengthened its after-care package with the launch of Caple Care, which includes its new Out of Guarantee Repair & Protect scheme.
Providing its retailers with a further sales tool and consumers with extra peace of mind when buying Caple’s appliances, the new guarantee cover forms part of the new Caple Care three-tier, after-care solution.
The new Out of Guarantee cover joins Caple’s existing, free, two-year guarantee on parts and labour and its five-year protection on parts and labour, which sees appliances covered for a total of five years for a one-off payment or monthly fee.
Designed for those that choose not to opt for the five-year extended guarantee, Out of Guarantee Repair & Protect allows consumers to arrange a service call or a replacement product up to five years from their purchase date for a fixed fee of as little as £139.
This new protection covers callout, evaluation and labour fees, the parts required to repair the reported fault as well as a twelve-month guarantee on the parts and labour completed.
Should a repair not be possible, an alternative Caple appliance may be offered at a reduced cost, demonstrating Caple’s commitment towards caring for the life of every Caple product.
