Kitchen appliance brand Amica want to substantiality grow its business in various territories over the next year and it is looking like it will be using an improved built-in appliance offer to boost its business.
According to Wojciech Kocikowski , Amica’s chief financial officer, the brand is on target to increase business in Poland – where it is the market leader – by 10 per cent. A similar healthy but as yet unspecified increase is expected from Russia.
As far as the UK and Ireland are concerned, it seems Amica is putting an increased effort on its built-in collection to boost the business it already enjoys from the freestanding sector. It has recently announced the addition of two compact combination ovens and a warming drawer to its built-in range that have the effect of positioning the brand somewhat more up-market from several of the entry-level ranges.
Both of the new 38 litre ovens with microwave, grill and touch controls feature Amica’s Platinum Design while its six-place warming drawer has a pop in – pop out operation and a red LED indicator light.
