Andrew Martin is celebrating 21 years of exemplary international interior design

A well-known brand, Andrew Martin, is celebrating its 21st year of The Andrew Martin International Interior Designer of the Year Awards. Launched in 1996, the company honours one exemplary interior designer annually.

This year’s judges include Jade Jagger, fashion, jewellery and property designer, and Kit Kemp, an international hotelier and award-winning interior designer. Each year, the very best work from global entrants is honoured through publication within the Interior Design Review book – which, coinciding with the awards, is published annually. The book presents the world’s 100 greatest interior designers and their impressive work.

Nicky Haslam, the winner of the 2016 award, commented: “The Andrew Martin International Interior Designer of the Year Awards is, after all, the Nobel Prize, the Oscar and the Prix Goncourt of the interior design world. Martin has been a leading light in championing excellence in design in this country and the Andrew Martin books are a permanent and unique record of the ever-evolving art of interior design and decoration.”
