Martin Moore Stone’s new Wood Effect Porcelain collection provides a pretty yet practical flooring solution, combining the look of real wood with the durability and performance of porcelain.
Using a porcelain base means Martin Moore Stone’s flooring is thinner, more stable and more durable than real wood. This makes it an ideal surface for high traffic or high humidity rooms including kitchens, playrooms, hallways and bathrooms. Equally, thanks to its frost-resistant nature, the flooring can also be laid outside on terraces or patios. The collection includes six authentically coloured and textured timber effects, ranging from American Oak to Cherry, Rustic Oak, Walnut, White Oak and French Oak. While the Rustic Oak gives a driftwood effect to the space, Cherry creates warm tones, and American Oak (as featured) is perfect for a family-friendly environment.
Trend tip: For a Hygge-inspired scheme, consider adding the Walnut effect tile to a fairly minimalistic space. Its authentic knots and graining will add texture and warmth to the room and will look great paired with faux fur throws, white walls and a touch of copper.Martin Moore Stone | martinmorestone.com
