Cutting shapes – Duravit reveals the new DuraSquare collection that cleverly combines the circle and rectangle

Simple geometric shapes are fused together in Duravit’s creative new DuraSquare collection. Created as an upgrade of the Vero Air range, the newly released DuraSquare line of washbasins and bathtubs blends the meticulous linear edges of the rectangular outer form with organically flowing inner contours.

Designed with architectural precision, the washbasins, hand rinse basin and countertop basins are beautifully sleek and boast slim 5mm-thick profiles. The minimalist basins are made of Duravit’s innovative DuraCeram ceramic compound, which is easy to maintain and extremely robust. Combining this contemporary basin with the new matching DuraSquare furniture frame crafts a veritable visual treat for the bathroom. The flexible frame is made to suit any size suite thanks to its easily-adjustable height, and is available in a chrome or matt black finish, while its mid-level glass shelf is available in six vibrant hues – from Jade green to Stone blue – to add a colourful twist to the modern scheme.

Perfectly co-ordinating with the DuraSquare basins, the collection’s DuraSqaure bathtubs are crafted from the cast mineral DuraSolid material and are now available in a built-in version.
