Appliance manufacturer, Caple, is best known for its innovative technologies and quality cooking appliances. Looking to enhance its reputation further, and offer designers and consumers, alike, the very best in functional and aesthetically-pleasing cooking designs, Caple has launched a trio of impressive new products to the UK market, this month.
C3371 Sense double oven
Strengthening its well-known Sense range, Caple introduced the C3371 A-rated double oven this March. The built-in electric model joins the squadron of five single electric ovens, already residing under the Sense collection umbrella. the new design, however, offers a generous 101-litre capacity and two pairs of full-extension telescopic runners that provide instant and easy access while cooking.
Aesthetically matching the recently-revamped models in the Sense range, the double oven boasts a sleek, black glass aesthetic and stainless steel trim and dials. A white LED display seamlessly co-ordinates with the oven’s monochromatic colour scheme, while clearly allowing users to change and control the oven’s programmes, which include: conventional heat, full grill, base heat and top heat in the smaller 40-litre oven, while the more capacious 61-litre oven boasts eight different functions, raging from turbo defrost to fan heat, conventional heat, turbo base heat, eco grill, full grill, light and turbo grill.
Safe and stylish, this model also features triple-glazed doors with smart heat reflective glass, alongside easy-to-clean enamel interiors and catalytic liners.
Caple’s product manager Luke Shipway says: “The C3371 electric double oven is a fantastic addition to our revamped Sense collection. Incredibly stylish, it is packed with features and functions that make it the perfect addition to any modern kitchen.”
C789G gas-on-glass hob
Kitchen hobs aren’t usually assumed to be the most stylish, design-led appliances, but Caple is negating these assumptions with its style-savvy C789G gas hob. Cleverly combining a sleek black glass base with a stand-out stainless steel control panel, the new five-burner hob certainly succeeds in making a design statement.
The hob features a central 4.2kW triple ring burner, which is ideal for wok cooking, and a 2.6kW rapid burner that will help users bring pans to the boil quickly. It also boasts a duo of 1.75kW semi-rapid burners, alongside a 1.0kW simmer burner.
User-friendly, the C789G features a series of sturdy, cast iron pan supports, auto electronic ignition and a flame safety device, alongside DirectHeat+, which thanks to the flame being directed towards the pan rather than simply out and around the circular base, loses less heat than conventional models.
Similar in style to the C789G hob, this gas on glass designs again uses black glass and stainless steel to craft an ultra-sleek aesthetic. The five-burner model features a central 3.4kW triple ring burner for large pans and wok cooking, alongside a 2.4kW rapid burner, two 1.88kW semi-rapid burners and a 0.9kW simmer burner complete the line-up.
As well as beautifully complementing the hob’s design, the sturdy cast iron pan supports make it easy to slide pans to different burners so users don’t need to constantly lift them up.
Luke Shipway commented: “At Caple we’re renowned for providing design-led, high-performance appliances at affordable prices and the C871GBK is no exception. Combining stainless steel with black glass and a bevelled front edge, this stunning new hob will make a serious style statement in every kitchen.”
