Caesarstone present the Dor Carmon Studio ‘Swatch Table’ for Tel Aviv art fair

Leading Quartz manufacturer Caesarstone have presented a special commission to the Fresh Paint contemporary art fair in Tel Aviv, taking place from the 28 March – 1 April 2017.

The ‘Swatch Table’ features a design by Israeli studio Dor Carmon and incorporates a vibrant pink metal with ten different Caesarstone surface colours.

Showcasing the diverse colour palette Caesarstone has to offer, the bespoke coffee table presents a new way for consumers and designers to sample the company’s different colour options. Boasting a wide variety of textures from the Supernatural collection – a collection inspired by the earth’s natural materials – the table beautifully reinforces the versatility of quartz through a chic and contemporary design.

Speaking on behalf of the company, VP of marketing for Caesarstone, Eli Feiglin remarked “Dor Carmon’s fresh approach to working with Caesarstone has created an alternate tool which reinvents the way the surface, typically presented monochromatically on bathroom and kitchen surfaces, is perceived. The Swatch Table is a visual representation of this concept, featuring the quartz as a decorative material and a cohesive unison of different designs.”

Designer Dor Carmon added “The strength of the material really intrigued me and made me want to create something which appeared soft, elegant, and beautiful; something that consumers would want in their living room.”
