Basic £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
OTE £10,000 capped

Develop and implement strategic account management plans to deliver sales results, including maximized volume potential, increased in-store effectiveness, growth of key product groups and brand share
Selling into the Independent Channel – KBB Retailers and Electrical Retailers
Be accountable for profitability targets by closely managing pricing, negotiating terms, managing product mix and promotions
Identify and develop new business sales opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement marketing activities that lead to increased sales.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Feedback trends and opportunities from customer meetings, sales events and key market visits to management.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience in major domestic appliance and/ or kitchen accessory environment.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Excellent communication, time management, organization and presentation skills.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Versatile, self-motivated and results driven.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications, sales database and web applications.
Full clean driver’s license.
