When designing a new kitchen, a lot of us will look to our favourite restaurants – and why not when they are bursting with on-trend inspirational interiors and delicious dishes? These tasty restaurant projects have been brought to life with bespoke Alhambra tiles…
Levi Roots (top right) asked for a bespoke green shade to connote the Caribbean in his B3-designed Smoke House ‘rastaurant’; while Pink Mamma, in Paris, (bottom left), had two of their own designs created in pink and used to create a vibrant statement floor.
Stepping out of the box, Ricker Restaurants (top left) commissioned an original-shaped tile for its interiors; giant diamonds were used to create large-format hexagons and present an effective geometric pattern. Whereas, in collaboration with Tara Bernerd & Partners, Alhambra supplied a uniquely coloured patchwork selection for the Nico Osteria restaurant, which sits within the Thompson Hotel, Chicago. Alhambra’s encaustic cement tiles are available in over 100 colour finishes, while, though there are over 200 existing patterns the company regularly creates bespoke patterns for their clients.Alhambra Tiles | alhambrahome.co.uk
