Schmidt’s Arcos Edition kitchen combines two of 2018’s most hotly-anticipated trends

With the New Year well on its way, homeowners and designers, alike, are looking forward to the trends of 2018. Two of which are used to striking effect in this Schmidt Arcos Edition scheme.

New for the coming season is the company’s Murphy wood-effect door. Staying one step ahead of trend predictions, this laminate design has an ultra-matt finish with a distinctive grain that gives it a raw, contemporary feel. Playing to the other key trends for 2018, the Murphy doors have been paired with the Arcos Edition Nano Black doors, Nano Black laminate worktops and black glass appliances and accessories, for a seamlessly sophisticated aesthetic.

Schmidt’s Arcos Edition is also available in Cliff, Marmor and Oxide Blue finishes. While, to suit the practical needs of each homeowner, the range boasts extra-wide cutlery drawers, extra-large pull-outs – available to fit under the sink – and additional storage solutions, including tower units, worktop systems and wall units that feature open shelving concealed within a glass-fronted lift-up door front.

To complete the effect, the Arcos Edition kitchen has been paired with Schmidt’s Expando 16 table, with a matching Murphy table-top and Daytona 2 chairs. An ideal choice for the trend-savvy homeowner, the Arcos kitchen is set to be a popular pick in 2018.
