It’s time to celebrate summer with these perfectly pretty pastel coloured bathrooms

We all spend more time in the bathroom during the summer months, whether we are getting ourselves holiday ready or
 cooling down from the heat.
This season, bathroom styles are really reflecting that summer vibe with plenty of vibrant colour.
“We’re seeing more and more people moving away from the traditional white and opting for a bold colour scheme in their bathroom,” says Phil Etherden, managing director,
The Albion Bath Company. “Pink
is one shade which is really seeing
a resurgence at the moment, with a growing number of people selecting it for accessories, tiles and even bathtubs.

“However, if the retro shades of
the 60’s and 70’s aren’t for you,
we’d recommend looking at a softer shade,” he added. “A pastel pink has less of a garish feel and is possible to tone down with hints of white and black for a contemporary look.” Industry insiders have predicted a wave of feminine colour in the bathroom and a variety of soft pinks, purples and blues were everywhere at the ISH bathroom exhibition in Frankfurt earlier this year.
Whether you want to inject some colour with one statement piece like
a colourful bath or go the whole way with bright and beautiful walls, we’ve got some great bathroom ideas for you.
