Minotticucine has provided the kitchen for the Krug Kitchen at Aveqia, a restaurant and ‘cooking experience’ in London.
In partnership with Krug and Gaggenau, guests at the Krug Kitchen are guided by Michelin star trained chefs, and invited to cook, dine and sample the Krug champagnes.
Minotticucine supplied its Tola Kitchen in stone to the private cooking studio. The Tola, with its unique island design, has been adapted to bring not only a comfortable warmth to a striking form, but also to allow the function demanded of the chef and clientele that use and enjoy the space.
The concept originated from Sweden with the first Aveqia in Stockholm. Aveqia’s London base in Farringdon has space for up to 80 guests across five large kitchen and dining spaces, each designed to host private groups for teambuilding or networking.
