This edgy Sola Kitchens design takes inspiration from 1970’s retro schemes

There’s no doubt that history repeats itself, especially when it comes to trends and styles in interior design, although thankfully these days we all enjoy a much sleeker and trendier take on the originals…

This kitchen, from the Sletten range at Sola Kitchens, has been inspired by the interior style of designs popular in Sweden in the 1970s. The cabinetry doors are in painted ash with solid block wood carcasses and solid birch drawer boxes. This range comes either a spray painted or hand painted finish and can be supplied in any colour. The exposed wood worktop is finished in Walnut. From £35,000.
