London’s biannual Taste of London festival, held in Regent’s Park, is celebrating its second day with a ‘Thursday is the new Friday’ theme. The atmosphere will be buzzing with irresistible aromas, inspiration for the finest foodies out there and of course a creative cocktail or two.
Kick off the proceedings with a dish from one of the Daily Specials board: Bao or Oklava, before indulging in style with the Ultimate Champagne Laurent-Perrier Masterclass. But be sure to not let the bubbles go to your head, as an insightful Q+A session with Alex Atala is on offer – to get the very latest expert tips from someone who knows good food – and fabulously finish the day with a tempting taco from Ottolenghi x Action Against Hunger.
Also on offer is an afternoon lesson on the craft of cooking pork bao with Hong Kong iced milk tea, taught by the School of Wok in AEG’s Take Taste Further zone.Taste of London | london.tastefestivals.com
