Salone del Mobile, International Bathroom – exercise and elegance combine in Scavolini’s ‘Gym Space’

By redesigning the typical components of bathroom furnishings, skilfully combining them with a wall-mounted frame dedicated to physical exercise, Scavolini cleverly integrates a fitness area into the bathroom, offering a new concept of wellness, designed by Mattia Pareschi.

The heart of the project lies in the unprecedented reinterpretation of gymnastic wall bars. The entire range revolves specifically around this piece of gym equipment, used as the base onto which additional sports equipment is applied – including benches, elastic training bands and TRX systems – and at the same time to secure the bathroom furnishing accessories – such as lights, soap dishes, shelves, storage elements, and mirrors.

The modular plywood furnishing system, which is available in two finishes, traditional natural wood effect and modern anthracite, and in 70, 90 or 120cm sizes, combined with the accessories available in two different colours, white and anthracite, that are attached to the frame, give rise to a complete and compact composition. Suitable for any space, this solution is designed to blend styling with functionality and ensure endless configuration possibilities, allowing consumers to customise it to their tastes.
