Salone del Mobile, International Bathroom – the.artceram will focus on these three key collections…

Planning to make its mark on Salone del Mobile’s International Bathroom Exhibition, this April, the.artceram will be focussing on three key product collections:

CARTESIO by Meneghello Paolelli Associati
The new collection of ‘Cartesio’ washbasins [featured], designed by Meneghello Paolelli Associati for the.artceram, present ‘a three-dimensional definition of graphic trends for a collection of fashionable, fresh and functional furniture washbasins’. Memphis and minimalism are the key inspirations, while bright colours and geometric influences – both reflecting the trends of the 1980s – ensure the basins truly stand out. The washbasins can be matched with their respective shelf design or combined with a clashing design to craft a true statement piece.

THE ONE design Meneghello Paolelli Associati

‘The One’ sanitaryware marks the next step in the.artceram’s ceramic collections. Rimless bowls, slim-edged bodies and petite statures, alongside an inventive inset seat cover, which eliminates the need for any form of hinge system, ensure The One sanitaryware solutions present a truly minimalistic aesthetic.

By eliminating the rim, and crafting extremely thin, yet durable edges, The One toilet boasts a capacious interior, without having to enlarge its exterior proportions. The patent-pending ‘hingeless’ seat cover is built into the slim rim, while the Wood-Skin® technology allows the creation of an easily-removable seat cover through the milling of a unique, highly resistant, 14mm-thick sheet. The One sanitaryware is available in a range of finishes, including: white, black, Coral, Sapphire and more.

The One washbasin

Though celebrated as a separate collection, The One washbasin range extends the original ‘The One’ collection, designed by Meneghello Paolelli Associati. Characterised by soft, elegant lines, minimalistic shapes and petite dimensions, the basin perfectly co-ordinates with its sanitaryware sibling designs.
The upper surface, by means of a thin dedicated channel, acts as a support base for two slabs of strong yet ultra-thin Wood-Skin® that unroll in the centre, to create flat, shelf-like surface. The Wood Skin panels can totally or partially cover the basin bowl, while the combination of crisp white ceramic and warm honey-toned wood creates a neutral spa-inspired aesthetic and neatly co-ordinates, again, with the saintaryware collection.
