The Smart Kitchen Summit is expanding into Europe for the first time, with the Smart Kitchen Summit, Europe (SKS EU). Today the team behind SKS have released the official dates and venue for the 2018 event: 12th June 2018, in the Guinness Storehouse, Dublin.
The debut SKS EU conference will explore a myriad of themes orbiting the topic of ‘the impact technology has on the food ecosystem’. This will stretch from discussing where and how food is grown, to the global problem of food waste, to making cooking easier for the homeowner and using data to control personal nutrition. Other off-branching subjects will include: the digitization of the senses and the evolution towards hyper-personalized food and nutrition; AI, machine learning and how it’s transforming the cooking process; the reinvention of the kitchen and many, many more.
Led by The Spoon and NextMarket Insights chief analyst Michael Wolf, the Smart Kitchen Summit will bring together leaders from some of Europe’s biggest food brands, appliance manufacturers and innovative start-up companies from across the cooking and appliance sector.Smart Kitchen Summit Europe | smartkitchensummit.eu
