This year’s Ideal Home Show will hold a festoon of treats, including a renovation advice hub, super theatre with talks from Phil Spencer, Martin Lewis and more, stunning show homes, and a selection of beautiful bathroom products that are sure to inspire your next project.
Products from design-savvy bathroom brand, Duravit, will be seen at various places during the exhibition, including within the popular Show Home section – which, this year, focusses on crafting cool, futuristic and technology-led spaces. Inside these various hubs of design dreams, be sure to spot the Luv collection (featured); inspired by traditional Nordic styles and designed by Cecilie Manz exclusively for Duravit, the Luv collection is chic, simple and perfect for offsetting a colourful, contemporary bathroom.
While the company’s dynamic DuraSquare range has been specially selected to sit in interior stylist, Sophie Robinson’s ‘The Innovation Home’ project. Artistically re-imagining the traditional Victorian city home, Sophie’s project will place the DuraSquare metal console and co-ordinating DuraCeram-crafted basin in pride of place in the ‘family bathroom’. And also making an appearance in this exciting project is the innovative Vero Air toilet and pieces from the iconic ME by Starck collection, designed by the renowned Phillipe Stark.
Then, it’s time to forget reality, disregard the rain and step in summer, with the Ideal Home Show’s Liv-in beach hut. This collaborative project, created by Hudson Architects and MFA Property, transforms the humble beach hut into a stylish, sophisticated and superbly contemporary home. Focussing on a clean, crisp, Scandi-inspired style, the makers turned to Duravit’s DuraSquare and DuraStyle collections to craft a functional yet seamlessly sleek bathroom space.
