Exciting product launches lure brands to the KBBG stand at this week’s KBB Birmingham exhibition

Attending KBBG’s stand, J115, we were treated to the UK launch of a new kitchen collection from Störmer, plus a brand-new concept called the ‘Magic Wall’ which utilises the latest smart technology, alongside a new cooking appliance collection from Küppersbusch, pioneering the ‘Okotherm’ cooking system.

Bill Miller, Managing Director, KBBG, said: “For those who are not members, the stand will provide an excellent opportunity to learn of the benefits and rewards of KBBG membership.”

After the launches, we found out more about the KBBG and its members. Members are, without exception, independent retailers in the kitchen and bathroom industry, who place enormous value on preserving their identity and independence. The KBBG made it clear that they are not a franchise. Then, they outlined the key benefits:

  • Purchasing advantages through co-operation with a range of leading kitchen and bathroom suppliers
  • Product marketing with distinctive exclusive private labels, best buying terms and conditions
  • Suppliers’ offers, exclusive deals and discounted promotions
  • On-going support and advice based on 37 years’ experience
  • Giving a much-needed voice for our members in the industry
  • Training and seminars
  • A members’ website
  • Administration support based in the UK
  • An invitation to the Annual Members’ Meeting
  • Support, advice and guidance of entrepreneurs
  • Education and training programmes for kitchen and bathroom specialists
  • Exchange of knowledge and meeting like-minded colleagues
  • An information centre for all your questions
