Caesarstone chosen for 804 apartments in the Goodluck Hope project, East London

The Goodluck Hope Project, by Ballymore Property Group, will comprise of 804 one, two and three-bedroom warehouse and tower apartments. The properties – the first of which were unveiled in September 2017 – will harbour the River Thames and plan to be completely finished by 2020.

The Ballymore group selected Caesarstone’s cutting-edge quartz surfaces, in its latest Rugged Concrete finish, to act as worktops, splashbacks and islands throughout the various apartment. “Rugged Concrete provides the perfect look to enhance our apartments,” says Padraig Hanly, Product Director at Ballymore. “It was not a difficult decision to choose these worktops. Rugged Concrete is unique in that it meets both the aesthetic requirements around creating a warehouse/industrial feel to the homes, as well as the practical design and usage needs, thanks to the hard-wearing and stain-resistant qualities of Caesarstone quartz.”

Homes in the second release, launching in the first quarter of 2018, will feature a collection of suites, designed by renowned architects Allies and Morrison. Each apartment offers open plan interiors, high ceilings and generous floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and provide stunning river and city views.
